our brains + hands do all of the designing, then we work with our print-on-demand  partner that prints + fulfills our orders.

they have locations worldwide, so depending on where you're from, your order is printed + shipped from the one that can get it to you the fastest.

hell yeah you can! you'll get a tracking link in an email once your order's shipped out.

shit happens - sorry about that! shoot us an email at orders@getgaslit.com within 7 days of getting your order with pics of the incorrect / damaged product, your order number + any other details you might have.

we'll get everything fixed up with you asap!

shipping + delivery

right now, we're stoked to sell + ship within canada + the united states!

we're hoping to bring cool shit to our friends in other countries soon, so stay tuned!

it usually takes us 3-7 days to fulfill an order with our partners (*a bit longer during busy times like holidays), + after that it's shipped out.

shipping times depend on where you're at, but is most often between 3-14 business days.

this does happen sometimes, on international orders (since some of our products are fulfilled in the us). we fucking hate it too: it's not in our control, + is assessed by your local customs office.

those customs policies can vary a lot for every country, so please check with your local office directly to see if they apply duties + taxes to your purchases.

first things first, we need you to:

  • check your shipping confirmation email just in case there was a mistake in the delivery address
  • ask your local post office if they have your package
  • check in with your neighbours just in case the courier left your package with them

if your shipping address is a-okay + your package isn't with the post office (or your next door neighbour Bob), please shoot us an email at orders@getgaslit.com with your order # - + we'll get you all sorted.

if you do find a mistake in your delivery address, let us know: we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

exchanges, returns + refunds

we don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there's an issue with your order, let us know at orders@getgaslit.com + we'll do our best to help you out.

only if you receive the wrong items or damaged items in your order. if this sounds like your order, please reach out to orders@getgaslit.com with pics of incorrect / damaged product(s) + we'll get everything sorted.

right now, that's not something we can do. if you're not sure about sizing, check out our sizing charts + info here - we have them for all of our apparel, + they're added to our product pages to make things easier too.

it's hella rare, but possible that something you ordered was mislabelled - sorry! if that's the case, let us know at orders@getgaslit.com within 7 days of receiving your order: include pics of the mislabelled item + your order #, + we'll send a new one (or issue a refund)!
