Refund policy
We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, reach out to us.
Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong (mislabelled) items or damaged items in your order. If any of these apply, please send us an email with photos of incorrect / damaged product(s) and we'll sort everything out. Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
To report an issue with your order (/request a refund), you can contact us at orders@getgaslit.com. Items sent back without our confirmation will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve confirmed your refund, please contact us.
